Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparing site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and a variety of other engineering software
- Completing research and permitting processes for sites
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in land development design and civil engineering with experience in site development, grading, drainage, storm water management design, and permitting
- Experience in water distribution and sewer collection systems design, parking lots and roads, erosion and sediment control, from initial project planning through construction phase is preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software is important
